David Emmanuel Rosen
 

David works in a variety of matters involving the firm's banking, entertainment and business clients , primarily focusing on corporate, securities, regulatory and real estate work.  Prior to joining Tisdale & Nicholson, Mr. Rosen worked in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins LLP in San Diego.  He also served as a legal intern  in 2005 for the Honorable Reginald C. Lindsay, a federal judge for the District of Massachusetts.  In 1999, Mr. Rosen worked in the White House Social Office where he was responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of official social events at the White House.

Mr. Rosen graduated Cum Laude from Georgetown Law Center in 2007 receiving a Pro Bono Award for outstanding service in the community.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Justice from American University, graduating Magna Cum Laude and with Distinguishment in his major.
