GINA M. HATTENBACH

Ms. Hattenbach is a corporate and litigation attorney specializing in general business and transactional matters. A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law (Juris Doctor, 1997) and Scripps College (B.A., with Honors 1994), Ms. Hattenbach earned twelve academic scholarships while in attendance at Scripps College where she dual majored in economics and politics. During her tenure at Scripps College, she won the prestigious Joan Robinson Prize in Economics for her contribution to the development and analysis of economic principles.

At the UCLA School of Law, Ms. Hattenbach served as a member of the editing board for the UCLA Women's Law Journal and also participated in the UCLA Moot Court competition where she earned the best brief award.

Ms. Hattenbach's awards are not limited to the academic arena. She has earned several awards for her commitment to community service, including the Kiwanis International Award. Ms. Hattenbach continues to serve the community through speaking events and as the Chairman of the Board of a Los Angeles based organization.

Ms. Hattenbach is a member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She is licensed to practice before all of the California state courts and before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
