LINDA J. KIM

Ms. Kim is a lawyer with significant experience in general business litigation. She has represented clients in a wide array of cases, including but not limited to matters involving contractual, intellectual property, securities fraud, and employment issues. After spending nine years as a litigation lawyer at the Los Angeles headquarters of a large national law firm, she worked as an attorney for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Pacific Regional Office for one year.

Ms. Kim graduated from Harvard Law School in 1995, where she was an Editor of the Harvard International Law Journal. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature in 1992 from Yale University, graduating Magna Cum Laude and with Distinguishment in the Major. She is licensed to practice law before all California state courts and before the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California.

Ms. Kim is a member of the State Bar of California.
